Melamine doors are door models produced by engraving tree patterns from nature onto the doors. This process is quite difficult. First of all, the patterns of the trees in nature are engraved on metal cylinders exactly. This process requires meticulousness and is costly. Melamine doors take quite a long time to produce. The resulting patterns require a separate metal roller. Then, the special papers are colored using these metal cylinders. As a result of the process, different and colorful patterns with tree patterns appear.

PVC door consists of three main production materials. Seren is the part made of solid wood surrounding the four sides of the door, 35×42 or 30×50 mm in size, attached to the neck, and joined with finger joint system and glue. Filling honeycomb is a material made of Kraft paper that is applied to the body of the door for support purposes, increasing the resistance of the door and making it light at the same time. . In summary, PVC door production consists of the stages of nailing the frame using spars, placing honeycomb filler into the nailed door frame, pressing the PVC door surface, door sizing, adhering the edge band, opening the lock and door handle, removing dust and residues, packaging the door and making it ready for assembly.

Doors made by pressing and pressed with fir wood (crates) and products we call laminate and cardboard and covered with glossy laminate in a wooden model are called laminated doors. Laminated door frames and body are the same material. Laminated doors are doors that do not require painting and have a polished appearance that are resistant to water, moisture, humidity and impacts. Laminated doors are confused with laminate doors. Laminate doors have the same features, but laminate doors are different from laminated doors in terms of both pressed, thickness and brightness.
